Living Area ~   The open concept living area faces the ocean and is bright and airy. Paintings from local artists grace the walls. The grand foyer and living room have soaring 18-foot ceilings, arched columns, and dramatic oversized mahogany and glass doors that open completely to the beautiful views of the pool and ocean beyond. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable, BluRay/DVD player, Google TV, iPod/iPad connection point, and stereo, with speakers located in the living areas and outside on the pool deck. A couch and chaise, occasional chairs, and a desk area complete the living room. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is available to guests with their own laptops.

Kitchen and Dining Area ~   The gourmet kitchen has custom wood cabinetry locally made on the island, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a marble mosaic backsplash. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. There is also an outdoor gas grill, perfect for meals when you wish to dine at the house and enjoy the best views on Provo right from your own table. The dining area, with table seating for 10 comfortably and counter seating for 3, is situated in front of a wall of locally-made folding mahogany and glass doors overlooking the pool and beach beyond, which can be opened for an al fresco experience.

Bedroom Suites ~   Each bedroom suite features beamed cathedral ceilings, original art work from local Provo artists, individually controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, alarm clock, hair dryer, memory foam mattresses, luxuriously soft linens, extra thick towels, and an en suite bathroom.

The King Master Suite (Bedroom 1) features a four-poster bed, DVD player, a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a deck and provide gorgeous views of the beach and ocean, and a custom bathroom vanity with marble top and double sinks. Local island artwork of the indigenous Turks Head Cactus and the coloful Christmas Cactus graces the walls.

The Double Queen Suite (Bedroom 2) features two queen beds, a wall of sliding glass doors that open onto the flower garden, a large shower with seat, and a custom bathroom vanity with marble top and double vessel sinks. Local island artwork of the indigenous Turks Head Cactus graces the walls.

The Double Twin Suite (Bedroom 3) features two twin beds (which can also be made up as a King bed), and a custom bathroom vanity with granite top and glass vessel sink and large shower. Local island artwork of flamingos and the endangered Rock Iguanas of the Turks and Caicos Islands grace the walls.

The Family Suite features two bedrooms that share a full bathroom between them. One bedroom (Bedroom 4) has a queen bed, and local island artwork of flamingos found on Provo. The other bedroom (Bedroom 5) has a twin bunk bed with a pull out trundle underneath for a total of three twin beds. A wall art sculpture of tropical fish playfully graces the walls in the bunk bed room. The Family Suite bathroom features a shower with seat, and a pedestal sink.
