"We had a wonderful time. We swam in the pool and ocean, played in the sand, went on a boat ride, and just relaxed. We loved the lights in the pool, the pathways, the paintings, and the view. We took a lot of pictures of the beautiful ocean to remember it. The weather was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay. A house is built with boards and beams, a home is built with love and dreams. "What a fantastic place. The view is exceptional, the beds wonderful. All the accommodations can’t be beat. With the WiFi we were able to stay in contact with family and friends. Swimming, beach walking was so relaxing. We will definitely return to this house! The weather can’t be better.."

"We love the house! It is beautiful! Thank you for sharing it with us. Lots of thoughtful touches everywhere - from the beautiful Island artwork down to the first aid kit – which we used, thank you! And the chandelier over the pool is fantastic! We like your location here in Sapodilla Bay. The view out the windows – particularly the expanse over the pool is fabulous…and the sunsets we witnessed are exquisite. Here we found comfort and convenience. From the delightfully relaxing beds, to kitchen supplies - and when we didn’t want to cook – Las Brisas – a short walk away. We used the sea kayaks and swam in the pool and waded out into the clear waters of the bay. It was a most relaxing vacation. We’ll definitely be back."

None of the other beaches compare to the one right outside your front door (or back?!) We are so grateful to have discovered your home and hope that we get to come back to T+C again soon. "Annalisa and Myles - Thank you so much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL beach house with us. For our group of 3 families, including 6 children of ages 3-8, this house was absolutely perfect for everyone. First, being the location…Sapodilla Bay (we are convinced) is the BEST beach. We could sit and relax on the beach, while the kids splashed in the water and didn’t have to worry about waves knocking them over. The beach is perfect: clean, white sand, and calm waters. Second, the house is GORGEOUS! We can’t say enough! The views, sunsets, furnishings, etc, are the best of the best! We have truly been spoiled this week and have thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We have even decided we don’t care to visit any other islands – it can’t get better than this and can’t wait to return!

"We are a family of 11, including grandparents, parents, and grandchildren. This house was perfect for a large and close family. The beach in front of the house especially is ideal for small children, with its gentle slope and calm waves. All the kids (and adults) enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, and the pool could not be better for a group such as ours. We went swimming using the lights every night, and we travelled all around the island. Robin and Kevin even went diving in West Caicos. Thanks for making it all available to us."

"We had such a great vacation and family gathering. Everything about the house and location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and wonderful beach. Loved our excursions, snorkeling at the national park, lunch at Da Conch Shack, appetizers at the Tiki Hut by the marina, snorkel boat to Turtle Rock and the private beach. Snorkeling along the overhangs at each side of Sapodilla Bay was fun; we saw a lobster, crabs, and colorful fish. The nightly “float fest” during sunset was a definite highlight. We can’t wait to visit again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. You have such amazing design taste. It is very difficult to find a vacation that pleases both my children and parents but this fit the bill. Not only did we enjoy this first vacation in several years that my parents would join us but my daughter’s boyfriend also proposed to my daughter right outside the villa during one of the numerous sapphire sunsets. The paintings are beautiful, the amenities numerous, and the privacy is just what we needed. We loved the kayaks and snorkeling equipment and made good use of the grill. Thank you so much for the vacation of a lifetime. This place will always hold a special place in our hearts."
